Baby Classes
Baby Massage Classes: I learnt to teach baby massage in 2003 with the International Association of Infant Massage, which was founded in 1986. The focus is on communication in all its forms, which as a Speech and Language Therapist for children, is incredibly important to me. It enhances interaction and bonding with your baby, as well as physical well-being. You can learn in a supportive and nurturing small group environment, either at one of the venues, or in your own home, or on a 1:1. The course runs over 5 weeks, and you will discover benefits for you and your baby, such as relaxation, communication, strokes for legs, tummy, chest, arms and hands, face, back, and specific techniques to relieve colic and wind. The course is suitable for babies from birth to 12 months.
