Assessments: Fees vary according to the age of your child, detail required and time taken.
Standard Initial Consultation/Assessment:
Pre-school: £135
Usually one assessment session needed to determine needs and recommendations. Duration approx 60 minutes. Includes initial telephone and email communication, information gathering, taking case history and verbal feedback/brief email summary of findings and initial recommendations.
School age: £180
Usually one to two sessions required to determine needs and recommendations. Duration approx. 60-90 minutes. Includes initial telephone and email communication, information gathering, taking case history and verbal feedback/brief email summary of findings and initial recommendations.
Additional time required:
Sometimes, additional time is required to complete an assessment eg for EHCP, annual review or more detailed assessment. Additional time required is charged at £65 per hour.
Written Report: varies according to detail required. If you would like a detailed report
following assessment, we can discuss requirements and costs. £65 per hour

Progress Review Appointments: £65 per hour
Written Programme: £65 per hour
If a written programme is required rather than direct 1:1 sessions, we can discuss what is required for home and Nursery/school. Programme writing is charged at the rate of £65 per hour.
Written Programme Review and Update:
Following a review appointment/assessment, if minor updates and adjustments are required, this is included in the appointment fee. However, if significant updates/ changes and/or new materials are required, this will be charged at the rate of £65 per hour. This will be discussed with you following the review appointment.
Please note, for visits outside TN18 there is a supplementary charge of £5 per 15 minutes of travel (see below)

Attendance at meeting/ other session at request of parents Charged at hourly rate
Travel
Travel up to 15 minutes from TN18 base is included in the session fee. Travel to areas longer than 15 minutes from TN18 base to be charged at £5 per 15 minutes of travel each way.
